The South African delegation emphasized at the meeting of the International Court of Justice that Israel’s possible attack on Rafah will lead to the destruction of the Gaza Strip, and Tel Aviv should be ordered to stop the encroachment on this strip.

According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, the International Court of Justice has convened another meeting to review South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime for committing genocide in the Gaza Strip.

The South African delegation at the International Court of Justice announced in this meeting: Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip continues and we had to return to the court to prevent it.

This board added: There are many and clear evidences of Israel’s intention to commit genocide in Gaza. Previous court orders did not prevent Israel from committing genocide in Gaza. What is happening now in Rafah represents Israel’s last step towards the destruction of the Gaza Strip.

The South African delegation emphasized: There is evidence that Israel continues to bombard areas it describes as safe. Civilians are being driven from place to place in the Gaza Strip and the court must act now. Nothing justifies even the claim of self-defense, the genocide in the Gaza Strip.

This board stated: There is no place for 1.5 million displaced people in the Gaza Strip and a massive attack on Rafah will be a fatal blow that will lead to the destruction of Gaza. Israel must be ordered to stop its military operations in the Gaza Strip and withdraw immediately and completely.
