PNN – The Israeli regime prevented the mayor of Barcelona from entering the occupied territories and revoked his visa.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Sumaria, that the Population and Immigration Department of the Israeli Ministry of Interior announced that Barcelona Mayor Jaume Colbon, who was scheduled to enter the occupied territories around midnight last night, was not allowed to enter.
Hebrew media reported the news, adding that the visa of the mayor of Barcelona, who was scheduled to travel to Tel Aviv, was canceled.

The Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the ministry announced on Friday that the decision to ban the mayor of Barcelona from entering Israel was made in accordance with the entry law and in coordination with the Foreign Ministry and the Internal Security Council.
The decision comes after recent statements by Mayor Jaume Colbon against Israel and after Barcelona City Council passed a resolution last May to “cut ties with Israel.”
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, whose country recognizes Palestine, has strongly condemned the Israeli regime’s attacks on the Gaza Strip, describing it as a genocidal regime.
