In this regard, the Qassam Brigades in the city of Tulkarm announced that they, along with the Quds Brigades and other resistance groups, targeted Zionist enemy elements in the southern part of the city.
According to this statement, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, with the participation of the Quds Brigades, succeeded in ambushing the Zionist enemy in the southern parts of Tulkarm.
The report adds that the Zionist infantry forces that were moving near the Tulkarm crossing were faced with resistance forces’ fire, causing casualties among them. Zionist soldiers were also attacked by resistance elements on Nablus Street, located at the eastern entrance to Tulkarm.
On the other hand, during the night, widespread shooting could be heard in the city of Jenin camp.
The Israeli military aggression in the West Bank, including attacking homes, destroying and stealing their contents, and blowing up a number of them, in addition to restricting traffic on the streets, continued yesterday and last night.
The Israeli military also attacked the eastern area of ​​Nablus, the Yamun area west of Jenin, and the Al-Sharaqa area in Tulkarm.
On the other hand, media sources announced that a Palestinian child in Tulkarm who was shot by Israeli soldiers 10 days ago died of his injuries.
The Israelis also attacked the homes of Palestinian prisoners who were scheduled to be released today.
Today, the fifth round of prisoner exchanges from the first phase of the ceasefire between Palestinian resistance groups and the Israeli regime will be held, and more than 181 Palestinian prisoners are scheduled to be released from Israeli prisons in exchange for the release of three Israeli prisoners. 18 of these people have been sentenced to one or more life sentences, and 54 of them have long prison sentences. 111 prisoners from Gaza were arrested after the events of October 7th.
