Israeli army’s initial investigation into Gaza ambush.

The Israeli army’s initial investigation into the Gaza ambush.

According to Al Jazeera, the Israeli Army Radio announced that the army has published the results of the initial investigation into the combined attack by Palestinian resistance groups in the Beit Hanoun area, which took place following the movement of two companies to clear the area.

According to the report, the forces of the 97th Netzah Yehuda Brigade were crossing the road on foot when the bombs exploded. The attack on these forces was carried out using two remote-controlled bombs.

The Israeli army added that during the evacuation of the injured in the incident, the resistance forces also opened fire on the Zionists. Support forces also suffered injuries in the shooting, which has made the evacuation of the dead and wounded Zionists difficult.

The Israeli army statement added that following the attack on the Israeli army relief forces, more teams were dispatched to the scene to evacuate the injured.

The statement ultimately announced the number of Israeli military casualties in this combined operation as 5 dead and 14 wounded, with two of the wounded reported to be seriously injured.

This is while some military observers have estimated the actual number of Israeli army casualties in this operation, which has been described as the largest resistance ambush against Israeli soldiers in Gaza, to be much higher.

Initial investigations by the Israeli army indicate that Hamas’ combined operation after the bomb explosion is a tactic that these forces have implemented in similar incidents in the past.

The Israeli media agency announced that 4 bombs exploded at different intervals in this ambush.

Israeli media and figures opposing the cabinet, including Israeli Knesset member Merav Ben Ari, announced that the ambush took place in an area that has been occupied by the regime’s army repeatedly during the war.
