Israeli media: Yemen has become a strategic dilemma for the US and Israel.
According to Al Jazeera Qatar, Israel’s Channel 12 announced: “We are facing a situation where a missile is fired from Yemen almost every two days.”
The regime’s Channel 13 also admitted: “Despite the continued US airstrikes on Yemen over the past month and a half, no tangible results have been achieved.”
The network added: “The Americans have told us that the Houthis (Ansar Allah Movement) have a different mentality from Western thinking and are ready to pay a heavy price to achieve their goals.”
The report also continued: “It does not seem that the Americans can end this chronic problem called the Houthis.”
Channel 13 emphasized: “The Houthis are meticulously guarding their weapons arsenal and, although they are facing difficulties in producing surface-to-surface missiles, they remain a serious threat.”
In this regard, the private Israeli newspaper Hayom also acknowledged: Israel is facing a strategic dilemma in dealing with the Yemeni challenge, even though the United States has launched airstrikes against the Yemenis.
The state-run Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, another Israeli newspaper, also wrote in this regard: The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement (the Houthis) is not interested in a ceasefire, and the United States does not know how they think.
The newspaper emphasized: Washington has so far failed to adopt an effective strategy for interacting with the Houthis, because their perspective is completely different from the Western approach.
