Israeli Ministry of Intelligence document to move all residents of Gaza to the Sinai desert.

Israeli Ministry of Intelligence document to move all residents of Gaza to the Sinai desert.
In a document, the Ministry of Information of the Zionist regime has proposed a plan to relocate all residents of Gaza to the Sinai desert.

A leaked document shows that the Ministry of Intelligence of the Israeli regime has called for the forced and permanent migration of 2.2 million residents of the Gaza Strip to the Sinai desert.

This official document, which has 10 pages, is dated October 13, 2023, and the logo of the Ministry of Defense is engraved on it. The Ministry of Defense of the Zionist regime is a small government agency that conducts policy research and provides its recommendations to intelligence agencies, the military, and other ministries.

In this document, which was reported by the +972 base, three options regarding the future of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have been proposed in view of the current war. One of these options is to transfer the entire population of Gaza residents to the Sinai desert.

In this document, the Zionist regime is asked to get the support of the international community for this effort. Despite this, the preparation of this document does not necessarily mean that the recommendations made in it will be reviewed by the Ministry of War of the Zionist regime.

Contrary to what the name of this ministry suggests, the Israeli Ministry of Intelligence does not work directly in the field of intelligence but conducts independent studies and distributes them among the institutions of the Zionist regime. However, the recommendations of this ministry are not binding.

Despite this, the fact that a ministry in the Zionist regime’s cabinet prepared such a plan shows how the proposal for the forced migration of the population of Gaza has been discussed at the highest levels of the regime’s policymaking.

Fears of such plans have intensified especially after the Zionist regime ordered the residents of northern Gaza to evacuate.

About two weeks ago, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, in a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Schultz, opposed the forced migration of the Palestinian people and their transfer to an area in the Sinai desert.

He clarified: “The migration of Palestinians from Gaza to Egypt will lead to the migration of Palestinians from the West Bank to Jordan. We will not allow the cause of Palestine to disappear, and what is happening in Gaza is not an action against Hamas, but rather to force its residents to leave Gaza. If there is a thought to relocate the Palestinians, why are they not transferred to the Negev?”

Al-Sisi continued: “We don’t want Sinai to become a base for carrying out terrorist operations against Israel… Millions of Egyptians are ready to demonstrate against the forced displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.” We reject the destruction of the Palestinian issue and its cause and the relocation of Palestinians to Sinai.”

Since the start of the Zionist regime’s attacks against the Gaza Strip, the Zionist regime aligned with the United States has warned the 1.1 million Palestinians living in the north of the Gaza Strip to stay in this area and advised them to move to the south of the Gaza Strip.

The US government has also explicitly supported the occupation regime’s request to transfer the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip to a so-called safe place in the Sinai Peninsula through the creation of a humanitarian corridor.

The Egyptian authorities consider this plan to be in line with the goals of the occupying regime to clear the occupied Palestinian land of its original owners and residents and force them to leave their land.

The Zionist regime has been considering the settlement of Palestinians in the Sinai of Egypt for many years and has claimed that the Sinai Peninsula is the best place for the Palestinians to establish their country!

Such plans have always faced a strong reaction from the Palestinian people and the resistance leaders, who emphasize that the Sinai belongs to Egypt and that the Palestinian people will never replace their homeland with a place.
