Israeli president admits heavy defeat in Al-Aqsa Storm.
According to the Hebrew-language newspaper “Israel Hayom”, Isaac Herzog gave a speech today (Monday) at the economic conference “Israel is Building Resilience” and considered the defeat of the Zionist regime on October 7 the greatest disaster since the establishment of the regime.
Referring to the difficult crises that the Zionist regime has gone through, he acknowledged that Israelis are once again in a very difficult and challenging period that began three years ago.
He went on to call for a serious and in-depth examination of the Zionist regime’s defeat in Storming Al-Aqsa and emphasized that in such circumstances, Israeli authorities must turn to various initiatives in every field, including the economy, and save Israel from the crisis.
Referring to the upcoming elections in the Zionist regime, he said, “We are entering an election year that brings extremism and tension.” He added: “Israeli officials must show restraint in all areas, especially in the political arena, and not involve Israel in bipolarity and internal disputes to achieve their political goals.”
Herzog’s admission of the Zionist regime’s defeat in the Al-Aqsa storm comes at a time when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of the regime also admitted last week in a Knesset (parliament) session held to investigate the October 7 failure: “We suffered a severe blow in the October 7 attack.”
He emphasized, “The cabinet is learning from those events. Israel will respond to anyone who attacks and inflict heavy losses on them. The war is still ongoing in diplomatic and military fields and on seven different fronts.”
In addition, major security and military officials of the Zionist regime have repeatedly admitted to this defeat and have even emphasized the Zionist regime’s failure to achieve its goals in the Gaza war.
