Israeli President: The New York mayor is publicly denigrating Israel.
According to the Times of Israel, Israeli President Isaac Herzog sounded the alarm during his speech in New York about the recent developments in New York City.
“Here we are witnessing the emergence of a new mayor who makes no effort to hide his contempt for Israel and even for Jews,” Herzog said of the recently elected mayor of New York. He despises Israel and does not hide his contempt for Israel.”
Israeli President Isaac Herzog criticized Zahran Mamdani, saying that he does not hide his contempt for Israel and made strange statements about the protest in front of a synagogue in Manhattan.
He also referred to the anti-Israel protest against a ceremony encouraging immigration to Israel at a synagogue in Manhattan last month and criticized Mamdani’s response to the issue.
