Israel’s anger at Moscow’s positions and not agreeing to the withdrawal of Russian citizens from Gaza.

According to “Novosti” news agency, Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced on Thursday that Moscow has prepared a list of Russian citizens to be evacuated from the Gaza Strip and presented it to the Israeli side. At the same time, he noted that Russia was shocked by the Israeli ambassador’s statement that the agreement on the evacuation list may take at least two weeks. According to him, about 300 young Russian children are also on the evacuation list from the Gaza Strip.

Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel last night: “There are many children on our list to be evacuated from Gaza. “We are talking about at least 300 young Russian citizens who have been under siege for about a month.”

According to informed sources, the list of Russian citizens with dual citizenship whom the Russian Foreign Ministry intends to evacuate from the Gaza Strip to Egypt through the Rafah checkpoint has exceeded 1,000 people, but the Israeli side has yet to agree on these documents. It has not arrived.

According to the report, Russia was one of the first countries to send a list of Russians with dual citizenship to Tel Aviv authorities for evacuation. But this list has not yet been approved by the Israeli side. According to news sources, it is interesting that at the same time, Ukrainian and Moldovan citizens left the conflict zone. However, the names of no Russian citizens are still on the agreed lists.

A diplomatic official said yesterday that the problem is still not resolved: “On the Russian side, everything is prepared to evacuate these people, but the Israelis do not agree with the list of Russian citizens.” According to him, such a treatment by the Israeli authorities may be related to Moscow’s decisive stance towards the Palestinian and Israeli crisis.

Russia emphasizes the need to implement the UN resolutions to solve the current crisis and form two independent governments.

A few days ago, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that humanitarian stops are necessary to evacuate Russian citizens from the Gaza Strip.

At the same time, Israeli War Minister Yoaf Galant said that Tel Aviv will not agree to stop humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip until the hostages held in the area are released.
