Israel’s proposal for a “border ceasefire” for the withdrawal of Hamas leaders from Gaza.
CNN reported that Israel has proposed according to which the leaders of Hamas can leave the Gaza Strip!
Citing two officials close to Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, CNN reported that Israel offered Hamas to allow Hamas leaders to leave Gaza by establishing a “border ceasefire agreement”.
CNN wrote in the analysis of this Israeli proposal, that although this agreement allows Hamas leaders who organized the October 7 attack to leave Gaza safely, the evacuation of Gaza from its leaders can reduce Hamas’s control over the Gaza Strip and allow Israel to Pursue worthwhile goals abroad.
Earlier, the “Axios” news site had published details of the new proposal of the Zionist regime for a temporary ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, citing Tel Aviv officials.
Axios wrote in a report quoting Zionist officials that Tel Aviv has proposed to stop the war in Gaza for two months in exchange for the release of all the Zionist prisoners.
The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told Axios that Tel Aviv is awaiting a response from Hamas and is cautiously optimistic that the deal will move forward in the coming days.
“Israel’s offer is part of a multi-stage agreement that includes a two-month cessation of hostilities and the release of all hostages,” the report said.
Axios considers this proposal important because, despite not including a condition for the end of the war, it contains the longest period for a break in the conflicts that the Zionist regime has proposed since the beginning of the Gaza war.
Israel’s offer to Hamas was published while the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime Benjamin Netanyahu said that they are not willing to stop the war in exchange for the release of Israeli prisoners.
