PNN – A famous Zionist writer and analyst admitted that none of the goals of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli army were achieved in the attack on the Gaza Strip: From the perspective of friends and enemies, Israel lost its deterrent power on October 7th, and now our existence is at risk, and the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Gaza is a step in the right direction.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Zionist writer Nahum Barnia wrote in an article published in the Zionist newspaper Yediot Aharnot: The Gaza war did not achieve any of its goals; Not the imaginary goals put forth by Netanyahu, nor the realistic goals put forth by the army chiefs.
He said: We neither destroyed Hamas nor overthrew its government, nor did we stop the attacks on the (Zionist) settlements around the Strip and the Al-Jalil region (in the north of occupied Palestine) and we did not return the (Zionist) prisoners.

Barnia added: The damage done to Israel’s position in the world is very heavy.
This analyst clarified: From the point of view of friends and enemies of Israel, on October 7th (the beginning of Al-Aqsa storm operation), it lost its deterrent power to the point where it now threatens our existence. Under the pretext of resuming the power of deterrence, we carried out a heavy attack against Hamas, but after 6 months of war, I doubt that we have restored our power of deterrence.
Pointing out that the war cabinet of the Zionist regime needs strategic thinking, he added: Netanyahu’s blindness was revealed to everyone, someone who claims to destroy a system that rules a region and its people, must have an alternative system for it.
Criticizing Netanyahu, this author said: Netanyahu recently announced that we are one step away from victory. Woe to this victory and woe to this step, of course admitting the difficult reality is a kind of victory. The withdrawal of the Israeli army from Gaza is a step in the right direction.
