In a message to the United States and several European countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan emphasized the need for immediate international action to prevent the escalation of the situation in occupied Jerusalem.
At the same time as the Zionists’ aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque increased, Jordan’s Foreign Ministry called for immediate international action in a message to the United States and several European countries.
On Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan also submitted an official note to the Embassy of the Zionist regime in Amman, expressing its protest against the continued illegal entry of Zionists and members of the Knesset (Parliament) of this regime into Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“Rai Al-Yum” newspaper quoted an official Jordanian source and wrote that the country’s messages to the United States and Europe stated that the provocative actions of the Zionists have increased in an unprecedented manner and that it is not possible to remain silent in the face of it, and this calls for immediate action.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan emphasized that Amman cannot remain silent in the face of what is happening under the pretext of Jewish holidays in Al-Aqsa Mosque and may take more severe diplomatic measures.
According to this report, Jordan has hinted at the possibility of asking the Israeli ambassador to leave Amman and calling the country’s ambassador from Tel Aviv.
