Kan Network: Israeli army hopes to sign agreement this week.

This high-ranking Zionist military source told the Israeli National Radio and Television Network that the Israeli army, in its recommendations to the political sector, has recommended that Israeli military forces be deployed around and in areas overlooking the Zionist settlements around the Gaza Strip.

The media outlet quoted the source as saying that the army has strongly recommended to political officials that an agreement be reached that will lead to the return of the prisoners.

Kan also revealed that the army has informed Israeli politicians that it currently occupies 75 percent of the Gaza Strip and is prepared to withdraw from any area that is decided upon if an agreement is needed.
