King of Jordan: the attack on Rafah cannot be tolerated/we need a permanent ceasefire

PNN – The King of Jordan considered any attack by the Zionist regime on Rafah intolerable and emphasized the need for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.

According to Pakistan News Network, quoted by Al Jazeera, King Abdullah II of Jordan said that we cannot tolerate the Israeli regime’s attack on Rafah.

He added: We cannot deal with Israel’s attack on Rafah, because it will lead to a human disaster.

The King of Jordan stressed: We need a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the sending of aid to this area.

Abdullah II continued: UNRWA plays an essential role and its activity must continue. There is no other agency other than UNRWA that can carry out humanitarian actions in Gaza.

He added: We need a permanent ceasefire now. The threat to displace Palestinians is not acceptable.

The King of Jordan stated: We will not be burdened by the separation of the West Bank and Gaza. The situation in the occupied West Bank and Quds cannot be ignored.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently announced that ground operations in Rafah will begin within the next two weeks. The Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, continuing his exaggerations, demanded the destruction of the military battalions of the Hamas movement in Rafah before the month of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced in the latest statistics that the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of the aggression against the Gaza Strip has reached 28,340.

The Gaza Ministry of Health also announced the number of wounded at 67,984.
