Lapid: Now is the time for the fall of the Netanyahu government.
Yair Lapid, the leader of the Zionist opposition, strongly criticized the performance of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday and said, “Now is the time for the government to fall.”
Lapid continued: “The government should not sink into the Gaza quagmire, the army should remain in the border area.”
The leader of the Zionist opposition said: “We want to know what the Netanyahu government has planned for Gaza and whether our soldiers will be killed every day in the Gaza Strip for years to come.”
Following the criticism by Zionist officials and circles of the performance of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the occupation regime, and his cabinet in the Gaza war process, as well as relations with the United States, Avigdor Lieberman, the former Minister of War of the Zionist regime and the leader of the “Israel Our Home” party, previously severely attacked Netanyahu, saying that he has brought Israel’s relations with the United States to an unprecedented level of deterioration.
Lieberman said in an interview with the Israeli Channel 12 television that he had never seen Israel’s relations with the United States so bad. The Americans are making deals with the Yemenis, negotiating with Iran, and not informing us. I think this is a crisis and Netanyahu is responsible for all of this.
Criticizing the performance of Netanyahu’s cabinet in the Gaza war, this Zionist official also said: “Anyone who does not know how to defeat Hamas after one year and seven months will not be able to defeat it after 17 years, and as long as there are Israeli prisoners in Gaza, Hamas will not be defeated.”

Former Israeli Minister of War Moshe Ya’alon also harshly attacked Netanyahu on May 8, calling his cabinet Nazis and warning about Israel’s future.
In his speech at the “Future of Israel” conference organized by Tel Aviv University, Moshe Ya’alon announced that there is a dark picture of the current situation in Israel. Israel is facing the most serious crisis since its establishment in 1948 and perhaps the worst crisis since the beginning of the Zionist movement.
He added: “Understanding this crisis is the key to getting out of it and we must end this failed racist and fascist process.” Netanyahu and his cabinet ministers want to continue the war indefinitely, even if the price is the sacrifice of hostages (Zionist prisoners) in Gaza.
