Larijani stated: Washington has concluded that it must take a different approach than the military option with Iran. The United States has moved towards a logical path by turning to negotiations.
He added: There will be no negotiations on any issue other than the nuclear program. There is common ground with Washington regarding our lack of access to nuclear weapons.
Larijani stated: Zero enrichment is out of the question, and we need it in the fields of energy and medicine production.
