Lavrov: I do not see a bright future for the European Union.
During a television interview, the Russian Foreign Minister talked about various issues, including the war in Ukraine, the Al-Aqsa storm operation, and the American tensions in the Taiwan Strait.
“Sergey Lavrov”, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, said today (Thursday) that the special military operation will continue until the complete disarmament of Ukraine, the elimination of neo-Nazis, and the overthrow of the current Kyiv regime.
In an interview with “Russia 24” channel, Lavrov explained that Russia has become significantly stronger in the past year and explained: “The Western countries gained nothing but the cohesion of the Russian people by imposing sanctions and pressure on Moscow.”
Stating that all countries are tired of the dollar – which is a means to change governments in different regions of the world – he stated: “Now we can no longer stop the movement of the world towards a fairer economic system.”
In this interview, the Russian Foreign Minister pointed out the scandalous failure of the West’s strategy to impose a strategic failure on Moscow and stated: “America has described Russia as its enemy, and if that is the case, Moscow is ready for any change.”
Lavrov said about the recent unrest and chaos in Serbia: “The West tried to force Serbia to accept the imposition of sanctions against Russia, and when it saw that this would not happen, it tried to stage a coup there.”
According to “Sputnik” news agency, he stated that the so-called “Peace Formula” proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is the result of a patient’s imagination. He explained: “The West is trying to cheat the countries of the world to implement this plan.”
The Russian Foreign Minister stated that the heads of the German government do not feel ashamed of the delivery of tanks to Ukraine to fight with this country, stating: “I do not see a bright future for the European Union in the truest sense of the word.”
Lavrov told Russia 24 about the surprise of the Zionist regime on October 7 during the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation by the Hamas resistance movement: “I don’t think that if Israel had known in advance that Hamas was planning an operation, it would not have prepared for it.”
He also added about the tensions between the US and China regarding the island of Taiwan: “Judging and examining the situation in the Taiwan Strait, it is clear that Washington does not give up methods of solving problems by force.”
