Le Pen requests Macron to hold a referendum in France.

According to AFP, Marine Le Pen, the leader of the French far-right opposition party, asked Emmanuel Macron, the president of this country, to help overcome the political impasse in this country by holding a referendum on important issues, including the issue of immigration.

Last week, Macron appointed Michel Barnier, a 73-year-old politician from France’s center-right party, as prime minister. This appointment took place after early elections in June and July and the suspension of parliament. However, analysts say that this country is on the verge of entering a period of instability, and Barineh’s presence at the head of the parliament is fragile and dependent on the support of the “National Community” party; A party with anti-European Union and anti-immigration tendencies led by Le Pen and considered the largest party in the National Assembly!

The left-wing coalition, which after the election and despite failing to reach the absolute maximum, presented itself as the largest political coalition, is also putting pressure on Barnier. Yesterday, more than 100,000 protestors of left-wing currents protested against Macron’s policies and demanded his resignation.

Amid political tensions in France, Le Pen urged Macron to give people the right to vote on fundamental issues, including immigration, health care, and security.

She said: The National Social Party openly supports any kind of approach to give direct decision-making power to the people. Emmanuel Macron, who created this mess himself, personally has the leverage to keep democracy alive.

During the second round of early French elections in July, around 200 parliamentary candidates formed a coalition to prevent the National Social Party from entering parliament with the absolute maximum number of votes and forming a government; An issue that angered the extreme right.

Le Pen further emphasized that she would monitor Barnier’s every move and action and said: “If France is forgotten or disrespected again in the coming weeks, we will not hesitate to impeach the government.”

She added that he expects France to hold national elections within a year. The 56-year-old French politician said: This is good because I believe that France needs an absolute and clear maximum.
