Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, criticizing the Zionists’ continued violation of the ceasefire, announced that the Israeli regime is preventing Lebanese citizens from returning to the south of the country.

The Lebanese President said: “We must stop death, destruction, suicide, and useless wars in our land.” He added: “We and all political parties and forces must seize the opportunity and emphasize that weapons must be in the hands of the army.”

The Lebanese President stated: “Our army has succeeded in expanding its authority over the area south of the Litani River, and the army is determined to complete its mission.”

Joseph Aoun continued to say that the Israeli regime is preventing Lebanese citizens from returning to the destroyed and reconstructed villages in the south of the country.

The Lebanese President continued to say: “The United States presented us with a draft of its ideas, and we made fundamental amendments to it, and it will be presented to the Council of Ministers.”
