Lebanon: Israeli invasion could lead to a regional war’

On this basis, Abdallah Bouhabib, Lebanon’s foreign minister, announced: If the Zionist regime attacks Lebanon, this issue could lead to the start of a regional war and the presence of foreign parties in it.
He emphasized that the outbreak of war could have serious consequences not only for Lebanon and the Zionist regime, but also for the neighboring countries.
Pointing to the exchange of fire between Hezbollah and the Zionist regime in the southern borders, Bouhabib added: The only way to establish peace and security in southern Lebanon is to fully implement Resolution 1701, support the Lebanese army, and reach a final peace agreement.
The authorities of Tel Aviv have repeatedly threatened to launch an all-out war against the country after the widespread attacks of the Lebanese Hezbollah, which are carried out in order to support the people of Gaza.
