Lebanon’s complaint against the Zionist regime to the Security Council.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon announced that the country filed a complaint against the Zionist regime to the United Nations Security Council due to the deliberate killing of al-Mayadeen journalists.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon announced that it has submitted a complaint to the UN Security Council for committing a crime in the intentional martyrdom of Farah Omar, Rabi Memari, and Hossein Aqeel of Al-Mayadeen network reporters.

Yesterday, the Zionist regime martyred Omar Farah and Rabi Al-Mamari, journalists of Al-Mayadin Network, and Hossein Agil, who were with them, in an airstrike in southern Lebanon.

The statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon states that the text of the complaint has proven that this crime took place inside the territory of Lebanon and at a distance far from the Blue Belt.

According to the report of the Al-Mayadeen network, the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon states: “Israel’s crime is a clear violation of international laws and Lebanese sovereignty, as well as aggression against civilians and journalists while carrying out their media mission.”

In Lebanon’s complaint to the Security Council, it is stated that the occupying regime continues its approach of targeting journalists and assassinating them to prevent the media from reporting the brutal crimes of this regime.

Lebanon also asked the Security Council to fulfill its responsibility to condemn the Zionist regime.
