The statement reads: The attack on Caracas, vital civilian facilities, and residential complexes, as well as the abduction of Nicolas Maduro, the President of Venezuela, and his wife, is an unprecedented and flagrant violation of the national sovereignty of an independent country, international law, and the charters and treaties of the United Nations; this action was taken based on false and fabricated pretexts. This aggression is another confirmation of the domineering, arrogant, and piratical approach pursued by the U.S. government without any deterrent measures.
Hezbollah stated: This action demonstrates a clear disregard for international stability and security, the consolidation and fueling of the law of the jungle, the destruction of the remaining structure of the international system, and emptying it of any content that could provide any guarantee or security for the nations and countries of the world.
The statement reads: The United States of America, which is still deluded about domination and hegemony, especially under its current president, has adopted hostile and aggressive policies based on subjugating free countries and plundering their wealth and resources. America, by leading war projects aimed at changing the world map of countries, while falsely claiming to spread peace in the world and supporting democracy and the right of nations to self-determination, quickly reveals its true criminal face.
The Lebanese Hezbollah stated: America has revealed its criminal face from Afghanistan to Iraq, Yemen, Iran, and the creation of terrorism and support for the Zionist regime, which shares the same criminal, aggressive, and colonialist behavior, while the international community, instead of rising up and sounding the alarm to reject and curb these American aggressions and bullying actions, has fallen into a shameful silence. Today’s American aggression against Venezuela is a direct threat to every independent and sovereign country that rejects domination and submission.
The Lebanese Hezbollah in its statement emphasized its complete solidarity with Venezuela, its people, presidency, and government, against this American aggression and arrogance, which will fail in the face of the determination and will of the free people of Venezuela.
