Libya also joined the line of complaints against the Zionist regime in the Hague Court.
The International Court of Justice in The Hague announced that Libya has also requested in a letter to join South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime for the genocide of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Al Jazeera news site reported on Friday night that the International Court of Justice says that Libya has joined South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime before this court by preparing a “declaration of participation”.
The report added that this action means that Libya “believes that Israel’s actions are genocidal in nature and are aimed at exterminating the Palestinians in Gaza.”
It should be noted that at the same time as the scope of the Zionist regime’s attacks on Rafah in southern Gaza expanded, South Africa requested the Hague Court to announce more emergency measures against this regime.
South Africa previously announced: that Israel’s military operation in Rafah and the severe danger it brings to humanitarian aid and basic services, the life of the medical system and the survival of Palestinians in Gaza, is not only the escalation of the current situation in this region, and this attack also “creates new conditions.” It causes irreparable damage to the rights of the Palestinian people in Gaza.”
