Ma’ariv: Israeli society will no longer fall into Netanyahu’s trap

PNN – Following serious turmoil in the Israeli political system and increasing differences between parties in Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet, the Israeli media outlet Ma’ariv acknowledged that signs of the regime’s cabinet collapsing and the parties’ readiness to hold early elections have become apparent.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, a report by the Zionist newspaper Ma’ariv indicates serious turmoil in the Zionist regime’s political system, and it appears that the regime is rapidly approaching the dissolution of the cabinet and holding early elections.

According to this report, the prolongation of the Gaza war, despite the major dissatisfaction of the Zionists, the serious increase in inflation, the issue of the deadlock in negotiations for the release of prisoners, and other signs indicate that the collapse of the regime’s cabinet is inevitable.

The first signs of the collapse of Netanyahu’s coalition have become apparent.

Ma’ariv reported, noting the serious dissatisfaction of Zionists with the actions and policies of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: However, unlike previous election campaigns, most Israelis are not willing to fall into Netanyahu’s trap again.

The media outlet stated: The one whose concern for years has been increasing divisions and differences between people to maintain his monopoly on power will soon taste the soup he cooked for himself.

According to Ma’ariv, in the upcoming election campaign, public discourse is expected to focus on Naftali Bennett, the head of the Israel Our Home party, who began his career as Netanyahu’s chief of staff. Bennett is now seen as Netanyahu’s eternal enemy and his greatest political threat.

Bennett, former Israeli prime minister who enjoys high levels of public support two and a half years after leaving power, is currently preparing for elections and has even registered his new party on the party list in recent days.

This news comes while Netanyahu’s coalition is embroiled in serious internal struggles and disputes. Itamar Ben-Governor, the Israeli Minister of Internal Security, goes to the Negev Desert with his cameras, Betzel Smotrich issues an ultimatum to strengthen his base regarding the Gaza war, and Netanyahu publishes his future plans on the social network Facebook.

However, the coalition is seeking real pressure and threats against Bennett through a variety of channels, with clear messages, and the level of pressure is expected to increase as the election date approaches.

Regarding the Zionists’ serious dissatisfaction with Netanyahu, Ma’ariv wrote: After the difficult and exhausting period it has gone through under Netanyahu’s leadership, Israeli society is thirsty for a profound change in leadership.

The Zionist media outlet wrote: It must be admitted that Bennett is not the best choice for prime minister and his choice was made out of necessity. Nevertheless, this is a person who has been a central figure in the political arena for years and has borne significant responsibility since the events of October 7 (Operation Storm al-Aqsa).
