PNN – French President Emmanuel Macron said in a statement in his cabinet on Tuesday that Benjamin Netanyahu should not forget that Israel was created by a UN resolution.
According to Pakistan News Network’s report from “France 24”, Referring to the resolution approved in November 1947 by the United Nations General Assembly regarding the plan to divide Palestine into two Jewish and Palestinian states, Macron said: Netanyahu should not forget that Israel was created by the decision of the United Nations.

He added: I have repeatedly warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that attacking the Gaza Strip and killing the people of this area is a big mistake.
The President of France said that these actions and attacks of the Zionist regime provoke the anger and hatred of people all over the world.
Macron also pointed to the operation of the Zionist forces in Lebanon and said: “The killing of the Lebanese people has no justification and is unacceptable.”
At the end of this conversation, he emphasized that Lebanon should not become a “new Gaza” and demanded an end to hostilities.
On November 29, 1947, the United Nations General Assembly passed Resolution 181 on Palestine. In this voting, out of the 57 members of the United Nations that day, 33 countries voted in favor of dividing the Palestinian land, 13 countries opposed it and 11 members abstained.
Currently, one of the serious opponents of the plan to form two governments in the international arena is the Islamic Republic of Iran. Tehran has specific and clear arguments in this connection and believes that this plan is against the United Nations Charter, which emphasizes that these nations should determine the fate of their country.
The Islamic Republic of Iran believes that the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people has not been implemented either at the time of the declaration of the existence of the Zionist regime in the occupied Palestinian territories or after that.
