According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Russia Today, Nicolas Maduro, the President of Venezuela, during a New Year’s meeting with the country’s armed forces, said: Does killing children in Gaza have the approval of Christ (peace be upon him)?
Referring to U.S. threats against Venezuela, he raised the question: Does Christ (peace be upon him) permit the threat of Christian nations like Venezuela?

The President of Venezuela thanked the country’s armed forces for their courage in the face of U.S. threats and added: In 2024, the strength of the Venezuelan nation was consolidated. This strength was not consolidated in a book, theory, or speech, but on the ground in practice.
Maduro stated that the cultural and spiritual strength of the Venezuelan people is greater than ever before and said: Now, Venezuelan children feel that their country is no longer a colony of another nation.
He praised the efforts of the Venezuelan nation to increase the country’s political, military, economic, and scientific power and added: We must be prepared for an active and effective long-term resistance.
While the U.S. has militarily and economically besieged Venezuela and demands the departure of its government, Caracas states that the goal of Washington’s threats is to gain control over the oil resources of this region.
