PNN – The Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro proposed holding a global peace summit to prevent the spread of the current war and accused the United States and the Zionist regime of hegemony and genocide.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Mayadeen, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro once again called for a major global peace summit in his weekly program, stating that the aim of this proposal is to prevent the current global war from spreading on planet Earth, as the United States and the Zionist regime refuse to reach an agreement to end military conflicts.
Maduro said: With humility and determination, I confirm my proposal to the great powers, the relevant countries and the world leaders to hold a great global peace summit. Peace will not be achieved by the United States or Israel; it will be achieved by the countries that need it and want it.
He added that the call comes from Venezuela’s geopolitical perspective, explaining: We do not want to be a military power, but we are a Bolivarian power. We have a voice and we tell the truth to the world.

Maduro said the world is not avoiding a world war, but is currently experiencing one. The issue is not avoiding a world war, but preventing its spread, he said. The people of the world must prevent the spread of its destructive power, as we are now witnessing in Palestine with the Israeli genocide.
He added: The massacre of the Palestinian people is being carried out by Israel as evidence of its intention to dominate the world and subjugate nations.
He also called for the report of UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese to be made available to the world and widely disseminated, and emphasized the need to continue raising global awareness, adding: Sooner or later, we will witness the victory of truth and the Palestinian people over the criminal Nazis and Zionists who act with impunity.
Maduro also criticized the sanctions imposed by the United States against Albanese after he accused the Zionist regime of genocide, stating that these sanctions provide definitive and credible evidence of Netanyahu’s genocide against the Palestinian people.
Maduro concluded by praising the great awareness that has emerged among social movements in the United States, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, believing that this awareness is “born of pain” and will make accomplices and criminals pay the price for their actions.
