Maduro to Trump: Instead of interfering in countries, think a little about America

PNN – Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro criticized Donald Trump for repeated interference in his country’s internal affairs.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Mayadeen, Maduro said in remarks on Tuesday that if Trump focused on social issues inside the United States, he would be a better president.

He added that 70 percent of Trump’s speeches and statements are about Venezuela, asking where the American people and the jobs Trump is supposed to create for them are in those speeches.

Maduro stressed that Trump should deal with his own country’s internal affairs, while Venezuela will attend to its own matters. He said the American people voted against foreign interventions, endless wars, regime-change policies, and warmongering.

He stated that Venezuela has always been ready for respectful and calm dialogue, adding that a president cannot properly manage his own country while constantly thinking about other nations. He said it would be better for Trump to focus on his own country’s problems. Addressing Venezuela’s allies in China, India, and Europe, Maduro said that conditions are favorable for investment in Venezuela.
