Martyr Haniyeh’s son: The withdrawal of the occupiers from Gaza is the best revenge for my father’s blood.
According to al-Quds al-Arabi, Abdul Salam Haniyeh, the son of Ismail Haniyeh, the former head of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), considered the withdrawal of the Zionist regime from the Gaza Strip as the best revenge for the assassination of Martyr Haniyeh.
In an exclusive interview with al-Quds al-Arabi, Abd al-Salam Haniyeh emphasized that the way of revenge and response to the assassination of the former leader of Hamas is related to politicians and Iran, but from my point of view, stopping the war against the Palestinian people and the complete withdrawal of the occupying army from the Gaza Strip is the best response to the crime. Regarding the assassination of the former head of the political office of Hamas in Tehran, the son of Martyr Haniyeh said that the perpetrators of this crime had tracked his father’s cell phone and targeted his residence in a building belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps with a guided missile.
Abdus Salam Haniyeh denied the allegations made regarding the assassination of Martyr Haniyeh with a hand grenade planted in his room.
He added: Ayatollah Khamenei and all the Iranian officials were deeply upset by what happened to my father and offered their condolences. The signs that were evident on their faces indicated the fact that something great had happened to the Iranians and their guests.
