Martyrdom of more than 400 people around al-Shifa hospital.
The state media office of Hamas in Gaza issued a statement and said that 13 days have passed since the invasion of Al-Shifa Hospital and its surroundings by the occupying army, and the international community has remained silent.
This statement states: “The occupying army has targeted 1050 houses around the hospital; We consider America, the international community, some European countries, and the occupying regime responsible for the crime of genocide.
The media office of the Hamas government added: “The Zionist army is still holding 107 patients in the hospital hostage in inhumane conditions and has martyred more than 400 people around al-Shifa hospital.”
On the other hand, “Ahmad Al-Akhlot”, the head of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, also said that the medical staff work under “very difficult conditions” and while this hospital is for the sick and seriously injured, there are no necessary facilities for treatment.
Al-Allot added: “Despite the lack of medical facilities and necessities, we do our duty. The health system in Gaza is about to collapse.”
