The phone conversation between the Prime Ministers of India and the Prime Minister of the Israeli regime comes as the Gaza ceasefire talks ended in Doha on Friday and the negotiators will meet again next week to reach an agreement to end the war in Gaza and release the remaining prisoners.

On Thursday, the last round of months-long negotiations to end the war in Gaza began between the Zionist regime and the mediator parties. Hamas was not directly involved in the negotiations, but it has been informed of the developments.

In December last year, 2 months after the Israeli invasion of Gaza, Modi said that he had reiterated New Delhi’s “firm position” to Netanyahu. The Indian Prime Minister emphasized that his country wants stability in the region and humanitarian aid for those affected by the conflict.

The countries of Qatar, Egypt and the United States, as mediators of the ceasefire negotiations, announced the end of these negotiations in the capital of Qatar yesterday, Friday, in a joint statement.

In this statement, it is stated that the high-ranking officials of the three countries, as mediators, participated in intensive talks with the aim of reaching an agreement for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the release of prisoners, and these talks were held in a serious and constructive atmosphere.
