Mohammed bin Salman: All countries should stop exporting weapons to Israel

PNN – The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, pointing out that his country condemns the barbaric crimes of the Israeli regime against Gaza, demanded to stop the export of weapons and ammunition to this regime and emphasized the need to develop a firm international position against the Zionists’ aggression.

According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, “Mohammed bin Salman”, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, stating during his speech at the BRICS virtual summit focusing on Gaza and the crimes that the Zionist regime has committed against civilians in this region since October 7, said that Gaza is witnessing brutal crimes against innocent civilians and the destruction of vital infrastructure and facilities, including health facilities and places of worship.

Bin Salman added that this situation requires a collective effort to stop this human disaster, which is getting worse day by day, and decisive solutions must be provided for it. These operations have taken the lives of thousands of children, women, and the elderly, and we demand an immediate stop to military operations and the creation of humanitarian corridors to help civilians so that international organizations can play their role in this field.

He emphasized that since the beginning, Saudi Arabia has made continuous efforts to help and support civilians in the Gaza Strip by sending humanitarian aid by air and sea and by launching popular campaigns to help the people of Gaza. The amount of these donations has been more than half a billion rials so far.

The Saudi crown prince further stated that Saudi Arabia also called for an extraordinary joint Arab-Islamic meeting in Riyadh on November 11 to discuss Israel’s aggression against Gaza. In this meeting, a collective decision was taken, which included condemning Israel’s aggression in the Gaza Strip. Also, in this meeting, it was emphasized on the immediate arrival of convoys carrying humanitarian aid, including food, medicine, and fuel to the Gaza Strip, and the rejection of the displacement of the Palestinian nation, and Israel’s attacks on hospitals were condemned.

Bin Salman further announced that we ask all countries to stop the export of weapons and ammunition to Israel, and all member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League should take a serious step to develop an international position against the aggression against Gaza. Saudi Arabia’s position has been firm and firm, and we continue to emphasize that there is no way to achieve security and stability in Palestine; Except through the implementation of international resolutions related to the “two-state” solution, until the Palestinian people reach their legitimate right to establish an independent state within the borders of 1967, with the capital of East Jerusalem.

He stated, we appreciate all the efforts that will be made especially by the permanent members of the Security Council with the aim of achieving a just peace for all. We also appreciate the role and efforts of the BRICS group to help the brotherly nation of Palestine and we hope that this summit will achieve its goals.

The virtual meeting of the BRICS group was held with the presence of Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, the president of our country, with the aim of examining the developments in Gaza and reaching real solutions to stop the crimes of the Zionist regime against the civilians of Gaza.

The heads of countries of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, China, Russia, Brazil, India, South Africa, Argentina and Ethiopia, in addition to “Antonio Guterres”, the Secretary General of the United Nations, were also present in this meeting.
