Zakharova said: The European Union and the hostile Western European community have resorted to what they call “actively destructive actions.” Of course, we are aware of what is happening, we see and hear. Once again, statements and threats have been made.

He emphasized: We know what they want to do. I mean the Western European community, which is influenced by the liberal-extreme approaches of the former US administration. They want to disrupt any peaceful ideals, from discussions about peace negotiations to actual actions.

The Russian diplomat noted: They are clearly trying to escalate the conflict, as they did in 2022 by disrupting the peace talks requested by the Kiev regime, which our country made possible. They have been doing this for years, occasionally masking their actions with statements claiming peace and peace initiatives, but in reality they are doing everything they can to escalate the conflict.

He added: Given the number of non-professionals leading all these Western European countries, it is difficult to say how much they know about what they are doing. These people lack professionalism in terms of education, experience and profession. They are just mouthpieces presenting the ideas they have been given.
