According to the Sputnik news agency, “Amir Khan Motaghi”, the foreign minister of the interim government of the Taliban in Afghanistan, announced this Friday in a speech at the “Moscow Framework” meeting about Afghanistan in the city of “Kazan” that the Taliban has fundamentally confronted ISIS.

The foreign minister of the interim government of the Taliban in Afghanistan continued in this meeting: the main problem of Afghanistan is the versions proposed by foreign countries. Foreign countries are unaware of Afghan culture.

In this regard, he stated: We will not allow our country to be a threat to the neighboring countries and we are also trying to establish stability in the region.

This is while the Moscow framework meeting with the presence of representatives from Iran, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan started a few hours ago.

Rostam Minikhanov, the president of Tatarstan, was the first speaker of this meeting.

Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Motaghi is also one of the guests of the fifth round of the Moscow format meeting.

“Zamir Kabulov”, special envoy of “Vladimir Putin” for Afghanistan affairs, stated earlier in a conversation with Ertv media that it is not expected that the name of the Taliban group will be removed from the terrorist list of the Russian government.

Pointing out that the Moscow format meeting is a political dialogue, Kabulov also added that there was no discussion about removing the name of the Taliban from the list of terrorist and banned groups in Russia.
