Muscat: America sacrificed the people of Gaza for Zionism.
In response to the US action to veto the ceasefire resolution in Gaza, Oman’s foreign minister emphasized that the US sacrificed the people of Gaza to Zionism.
Badr al-Busaidi, the foreign minister of Oman, also reacted to the action of the United States in vetoing the ceasefire resolution in Gaza.
The United States of America vetoed the UN Security Council resolution to establish an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
13 council members voted in favor of this resolution. England abstained and America vetoed it.
Al-Busaidi wrote in his account on the X social network: “U.S.’s use of the veto right in the Security Council is an insult to humanitarian standards.”
According to “The al-Khalij Online” website, Oman’s Foreign Minister added: “Unfortunately, America sacrificed the lives of innocent civilians for the issue of Zionism.”
He also wrote: “After us, the world will look at today with shame for a long time.”
In a statement, the Syrian Foreign Ministry also condemned the US veto against the UN Security Council resolution, whose main goal was to stop the killing and crimes against the Palestinian nation.
