Muslim governments should block avenues of aid to the Zionist regime.
In a message on the occasion of this year’s Hajj season, Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, described the Hajj accompanied by knowledge and its lessons as the cure for today’s pains in the Islamic world. Referring to the crimes and atrocities of the Zionist regime in Gaza, he considered the most important duty of Islamic governments to prevent the continuation of the human catastrophe in Gaza and to pressure America, as the main supporter of the Zionist regime, to stop providing aid and support. He called on nations to demand that governments fulfill this duty.
In this message, the Leader of the Revolution called the Hajj pilgrimage a practice of migration from ordinary life to monotheistic life. Enumerating the main components of monotheistic life, he said: The Hajj ritual brings together symbolic examples of monotheistic life and familiarizes the pilgrim with it and invites him to it. He must hear this invitation, learn from it, and strengthen his resolve to apply its lessons.
Ayatollah Khamenei considered the Islamic world to be more in need of applying the lessons of Hajj than ever before. Pointing out that this year’s Hajj is the second Hajj season that has coincided with the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, he raised the question of who should stand up to this human disaster, adding: Undoubtedly, Islamic governments are the first addressees of this task, and nations are the ones demanding that governments act accordingly.
He considered America to be a definite partner in the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza. He emphasized: Muslim governments must block all avenues of assistance to the Zionist regime and restrain the criminal from continuing his cruel behavior in Gaza, and America’s associates in the region must also force the arrogant American government to stop supporting the Zionist regime.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, pointing out that the astonishing resistance of the people of Gaza has placed the Palestinian issue at the forefront of the attention of the Islamic world and all free people in the world, noted: It is necessary for spokespeople and those holding social positions to make nations aware and sensitive and to expand the demands related to Palestine, and for the happy pilgrims to pray to God Almighty for victory over the Zionist oppressors and their supporters.
