PNN – NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at the beginning of the meeting of foreign ministers of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries: Moscow must know that it is not able to win on the battlefield of Ukraine, it demanded the long-term financial and military support of NATO members from “Kiev”.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Jens Stoltenberg told reporters in a news conference broadcast live by Reuters that NATO member countries continue to provide financial and military support to Ukraine.
Stoltenberg added: If there is a delay in supporting and supplying military weapons to Ukraine, we will see its consequences on the battlefield, this is not regional (European) security, but global security.
He further claimed: North Korea and the Islamic Republic of Iran continue to supply ammunition and weapons to Moscow.
The Secretary General of NATO pointed out that NATO has given the highest amount of aid to Ukraine so far and added: We need financing, even new financing for Ukraine.
He emphasized the long-term nature of this support for Ukraine.
Stoltenberg then said: NATO members’ support for Ukraine is a message to Russia and that Moscow should know that it cannot win this war.
The meeting of foreign ministers of NATO member countries will be held from April 3 to 4, 2024 in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.
In this meeting, the needs of Ukraine in the continuation of this war will be discussed.
