Netanyahu: Major progress made in prisoner exchange talks.
According to Al Jazeera, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced, “Great progress has been made in the prisoner exchange negotiations. It is still too early to be hopeful, but we are working tirelessly these days to reach a prisoner exchange agreement. We are working all the time for this agreement, and I hope we can make progress.”
He claimed: “Our forces carried out another attack on Yemen, this time by the navy.”
On the other hand, Israeli Channel 13 TV said: “The Prime Minister will hold a consultative meeting tonight on the issue of prisoners in Gaza.”
Israeli Channel 12 TV also reported: “Netanyahu will hold a telephone consultation with ministers and senior officials following the great progress made in the prisoner agreement.”
