Netanyahu mentions for the first time the need to end the Gaza war.
According to Ma’an, the Israeli Channel 12 TV reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is sending a message for the first time to end the Gaza war.
The report states that Netanyahu is eager to reach the White House as soon as possible. The current goal is to reach agreements to normalize relations with new countries, which requires the exchange of prisoners and an end to the Gaza war.
This is even though, after more than 620 days since the start of the war against the Gaza Strip, the Israeli regime has not been able to achieve its previously announced goals, including the destruction of Hamas and its underground tunnels and the release of Israeli prisoners.
