Netanyahu reiterates call for Shin Bet chief to be fired

PNN – The Israeli Prime Minister once again emphasized that Ronen Bar, head of the regime’s internal security agency (Shin Bet), will not remain in his position.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Israeli television channel “i24”, the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released a clip on Saturday evening in which Netanyahu, addressing the Zionists, claimed that Israel is a democratic and law-abiding state (regime).

He added: The cabinet has the authority to end the term of the Shin Bet director early.

Netanyahu stated: Tonight there will be a dramatic revelation of truths that will shock the people.

The Israeli regime admits that 78,000 Israeli soldiers and security forces have been injured since October 7, 2023.

The Israeli Prime Minister continued: But before that, I want to make it clear that Ronen Bar will not remain the head of the Shin Bet, there will be no civil war, and Israel will remain a democratic state (regime).

Netanyahu also said that his distrust of Ronen Bar began on October 7th, when the Gaza war began.

He said that the investigation into the “Qatargate” case was launched with the aim of preventing the dismissal of the Shin Bet chief, and not the other way around. In the Qatargate case, three employees of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office are accused of receiving money from the Qatari government.

Netanyahu claimed that Ronen Bar had asked him to postpone the Shin Bet investigation, after which he was expected to resign, but on the same day, the “Qatargate” case was opened.

The Israeli Prime Minister’s remarks came as thousands of people from the Zionist settlement of Nesyan in Tel Aviv demonstrated against Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies and in support of Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar.
