Netanyahu continued: “Everyone knows that I am the one who has prevented the creation of a Palestinian state for decades, which threatens our existence, and my opposition was strengthened after the attack of October 7 last year.”
The Prime Minister of the Zionist regime claimed: My position is clear. In any case, with or without a permanent agreement, Israel will retain full security control over the entire West Jordan region, including the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
Netanyahu’s opposition to the establishment of an independent state of Palestine comes at a time when Palestine became an observer member of the United Nations in 2012, and among the 193 member countries of this organization, 139 countries have so far recognized Palestine as an independent state.
