Netanyahu: The strikers are supporters of “Sanwar”.

PNN – The Prime Minister of the Zionist regime described the nationwide strikes in the occupied territories, in which thousands of people are demanding a cease-fire agreement and the release of prisoners, as “shameful” and considered it a sign of support for the Hamas group and Yahya Sanwar, its new leader.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Zionist website “Times of Israel” wrote that Benjamin Netanyahu claimed in the cabinet meeting in response to the nationwide strikes today (Monday): “These (strikes) tell Sanwar (Hamas leader) that you killed 6 people (referring to the Zionist and American prisoners) and here, we support you.”

The Times of Israel wrote: Netanyahu also promised that “(the) Israeli regime will pay for the killing of the hostages from Hamas.”

Meanwhile, Hamas and the Palestinian resistance have repeatedly announced that the Zionist prisoners are only killed following the brutal attacks of the Zionist army on Gaza.

This media added: According to reports, the prime minister (regime) of Israel ordered his cabinet to prepare recommendations within 48 hours regarding a decisive response to Hamas for killing 6 prisoners.

Zionist General: We need Yahya al-Sanwar to return the prisoners from Gaza

Some Hebrew-language media outlets published parts of Netanyahu’s remarks today. According to the reports, Netanyahu defended his cabinet’s vote in support of his position on maintaining an Israeli military presence along the Gaza-Egypt border in any possible agreement.

Israel’s TV channel 12 reported: Netanyahu described Salah al-Din Corridor (Philadelphia) as “Hamas’ lifeline” and said he will not allow them to rearm and massacre us.

He added: This is not just a diplomatic issue, this is a strategic issue and an existential issue for Israel.

Netanyahu claimed that if we withdraw, we will not be able to return there – neither for 42 days nor for another 42 years.

A general strike was held today in the occupied territories following the call of the labor union and in response to the discovery of the bodies of Israeli prisoners in the Gaza Strip.

The insistence of Netanyahu and his cabinet to impose more demands in negotiations with Hamas, as an obstacle to the ceasefire agreement, has provoked public anger and increased pressure on Netanyahu.
