Netanyahu: We want to divide Gaza

PNN – The Israeli Prime Minister announced the escalation of military operations in the Gaza Strip and the regime’s decision to divide the strip.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Jazeera Qatar, Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the regime’s military operation in the Gaza Strip will be intensified in stages.

He stated: We are gradually increasing the pressure in Gaza so that we can return the kidnapped people (Zionist prisoners in Gaza).

Netanyahu also announced the advance of the occupying forces on the Morag axis (Tel Sultan area) and said that this route would be controlled as the “Second Philadelphia Axis.”

The Israeli Prime Minister added that these measures are part of an overall plan to divide the Gaza Strip and increase pressure on the region.

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced that the regime’s army will expand its operations in the Gaza Strip, claiming that the operation is aimed at “domineering large areas” in Gaza.

Katz also claimed that the Israeli army would advance in order to “clear these areas of the presence of resistance forces and their infrastructure.”

He spoke of a plan for “a broad conquest of territories that will be added to the regime’s security zones” and announced the implementation of an operation to “widely evacuate” Gaza residents from the conflict areas.

The Zionist regime, with the support of the United States, launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip from October 7, 2023, to January 19, 2025, which left widespread destruction and many human casualties, but did not achieve its stated goals, namely the destruction of the Islamic resistance movement “Hamas” and the release of Zionist prisoners.

On January 19, 2025, based on an agreement between Hamas and the Israeli regime, a ceasefire was established in the Gaza Strip, but the regime’s army, violating the terms of the ceasefire, resumed its military aggression against the Gaza Strip.
