Hamas is a quasi-military structure that operates in a fully organized manner, a structure that is directed under a single command and control and benefits from diverse combat units, and seeks to destroy Israel within the framework of its religious vision.
Today, Hamas is playing with time, operating within the framework of an attrition strategy, and, more importantly, it continues to pose a direct threat, both now and in the future, to the residents of the settlements around the Gaza Strip and even to all of Israel.
