Netanyahu’s fear of arrest; Bibi is held together by his family.

According to the Palestinian Information Center, Netanyahu has reached out to the families of the prisoners to prevent his arrest.

In this connection, Israel’s TV Channel 12 announced that Netanyahu asked the families of Israeli prisoners to put pressure on the International Criminal Court to prevent him and other Israeli authorities from issuing an arrest warrant.

Recently, Al-Jadeed Al-Arabi Study Center has analyzed the urgent measures taken by the judicial and diplomatic circles of the Zionist regime in an article, which shows that the regime is afraid of the possibility of issuing a judicial arrest warrant against the leaders of Tel Aviv, and writes that the Israeli regime has launched a wide-scale judicial and diplomatic attack. To prevent the issuance of the judgment of the Hague Court, it has used its high political and military officials, but the Israeli circles consider the possibility of success of these efforts to be very small.

According to this report, Israeli officials believe that the Hague Court will most likely issue an arrest warrant for several senior officials of this regime, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding the crimes committed in the Gaza war. 5 senior Israeli and non-Israeli officials informed the New York Times about this.

According to this report, Israeli leaders are deeply concerned about the consequences of this ruling. In this regard, the Israel Hume newspaper reported that the Foreign Minister of the Zionist regime, Yisrael Kats, ordered the embassies and diplomatic missions of this regime abroad to make the necessary preparations to deal with the spread of global protests against the behavior of Netanyahu and the Israeli army in the event of this verdict being issued.

Haaretz also reported that international law experts of the Zionist regime have warned against issuing arrest warrants for Israeli officials and emphasized that issuing such a warrant could lead to other restrictions such as banning the sale of weapons to Israel and other economic sanctions. In this regard, the Ministry of Justice of the Zionist regime is making extensive efforts to prevent the issuance of this verdict.

In this regard, Netanyahu and Israel’s Minister of Strategic Affairs, Ron Deirmer, have made extensive contact with the representatives of the countries that have signed the Hague Court Charter and members of this court to convince them not to issue an arrest warrant. Israeli experts believe that Netanyahu has faced a big problem due to his failure to take judicial measures to convince the Hague court.

Eliab Lieblich, a professor of international law at Tel Aviv University, in an interview with the Zionist newspaper Ha’aretz, stated that the extensive destruction committed by the Israeli army in Gaza has led the international courts to believe that Israel had a prior intention to harm the Palestinians and keep them hungry. them and their expulsion from Gaza and even their genocide.

Ruai Shindrov, the former deputy legal advisor of Israel in international law, also believes that issuing an arrest warrant can provide enough evidence to accuse Israeli officials of committing war crimes.

Matan Ghotman, a professor of international law at Reichman University, stated that the issuance of the arrest warrant for Netanyahu and other leaders of the Zionist regime means that these people may be arrested while traveling to any of the countries that have signed the Hague Tribunal Charter. and be delivered to this court.

Gutman wrote in his analysis in the Zionist newspaper Yedioth Aharonot that if this sentence is issued, Netanyahu will be added to the list of tyrants and criminals who have been given such sentences before. Among them, we can mention Omar al-Bashir, the former president of Sudan, and Joseph Kony, the former commander of the Ugandan army.
