Netanyahu’s office emphasizes the continuation of the war against the Gaza Strip

PNN – In a situation where the international community wants to stop the genocide in the Gaza Strip, the office of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime emphasized the continuation of the war against this region.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from the Palestinian news agency “Sama”, In a statement, the office of the Prime Minister of the occupying regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, announced that the Cabinet is trying to return the Zionist prisoners, and for this purpose, the Prime Minister assigned the negotiating team to present a plan to achieve this goal.

At the same time, the office of the Prime Minister of the occupying regime did not consider the phasing of military operations in the Gaza Strip to mean the cessation of the war and declared: The war will continue until the complete destruction of the government’s ability and the military power of Hamas and the return of all (Zionist) prisoners.

Netanyahu’s office added: Israel will not close any permanent ceasefire agreement until Tel Aviv’s conditions are fully implemented, and the idea of agreeing to such a ceasefire before the implementation of these conditions is not acceptable.

This position was taken after US President Joe Biden said on Friday, in his speech about the war against the Gaza Strip, that the Israeli regime has presented a new ceasefire proposal and this proposal was sent to the Hamas movement through Qatar.

Biden added: The focus has been on a sustainable end to this war. A war that frees all hostages, ensures Israel’s security, creates better conditions in the Gaza Strip without Hamas power, and paves the way for a political solution that provides a better future for Israelis and Palestinians alike.

By saying that “he knows that some people in Israel (the Occupied Palestinian Territory) will oppose this plan”, Biden continued: “This is really a defining moment.”

The failure of the Zionist regime to achieve its goals in the Gaza Strip, i.e. to destroy the Hamas movement and return the Zionist prisoners captured by the Palestinian resistance fighters, has also increased the internal pressure on the Netanyahu cabinet.

The difference of opinion between the political leaders and the military commanders of the Zionist regime regarding the ground attack of this regime’s army on the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip and the wave of international opposition to it has also added to this pressure.

By holding daily demonstrations, the Zionists demand the conclusion of an agreement with the Palestinian resistance for the exchange of prisoners. At the present time, the demand for Netanyahu’s resignation and the dissolution of the cabinet and the holding of early parliamentary elections have intensified.
