New anti-Iraq sentiment in Israeli media.

New anti-Iraq sentiment in Israeli media.

Israeli media claimed: The regime’s officials and the Intelligence and Special Operations Organization (Mossad) are preparing for a future threat from Iraq, which will be carried out in the form of drone or missile attacks or even ground movements through the border with Syria and Jordan.

The Zionist media outlet “Walla” claimed: Sources in the Northern Front Command of Israel warned of this possible danger in this regard, and the Israeli army and Mossad are preparing themselves for the growing threat from Iraq.

Walla claimed: The obvious method of missile and drone attacks from Iraqi territory is likely to be similar to the operation carried out at the height of the “Iron Sword” war against the Israeli home front, but the second approach is a ground maneuver that starts in Iraq and goes towards Syria and from there perhaps reaches the Israeli border with Jordan.

This Israeli source’s claim against Iraq comes at a time when the US Secretary of War also recently announced the imminent military operation in the region and warned Iraq that it should not react to it.

In this regard, Iraqi Defense Minister Thabit al-Abbasi said about his phone call with the US Secretary of War: “Pete Hegsett informed me that an imminent military operation is coming in the region and this is our final warning to the Iraqis because the Iraqi armed groups should not show any reaction to this military operation.”
