PNN – Newly released documents in the case of American sex trafficker and criminal Jeffrey Epstein show that his lawyer, Reed Weingarten, was the legal representative of Fethullah Gulen, the leader of the Gulen group.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Anatoli Agency, official sources announced that these documents are part of more than three million documents that the US Department of Justice has released in connection with the investigation into the Epstein case.

Epstein, who was accused of running a network of sexual abuse of minors, died in a New York prison in 2019.

Fethullah Gulen is the leader of the Gulen movement, which Turkey considers a terrorist organization. He is accused of involvement in the failed coup in Turkey in July 2016, and on October 21, 2024, sources close to him announced that he had died at his residence in the US state of Pennsylvania.

According to the documents, Weingarten, who previously represented Fethullah Gulen in the United States and denied charges related to the 2016 coup in Turkey, wrote a letter to U.S. law enforcement officials in 2019 requesting the preservation and production of documents related to the case on behalf of Epstein.

The Epstein case includes the names of a number of international figures, including Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Andrew, the British prince, and some other former officials.
