This comes after Israeli forces yesterday also entered the village of Ma‘riya in the Yarmouk Basin in western Daraa and opened heavy fire toward the western outskirts of the village.
It is noteworthy that since the fall of the previous Syrian regime, Israel has carried out extensive attacks on Syria. Some time ago, it also bombed areas of Damascus under the pretext of supporting the Druze community.
Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime, the Israeli army, by crossing the demarcation line between the occupied Golan Heights and Syria, has continued occupying areas near the Golan in Daraa and Quneitra provinces.
