The media outlet, citing Reuters, announced: Today’s sanctions were imposed on 2 individuals and 15 entities involved in activities related to Iran’s oil sector.
On the other hand, Russia Today announced that the US Treasury Department has imposed sanctions on two individuals, several entities, and ships linked to Iran.
The announcement of new cruel sanctions and Washington’s current hostile stance against Tehran comes hours after the new round of Iran-US nuclear talks, which began this Friday morning in Muscat with the mediation of Oman, ended.
In this round of indirect nuclear talks, the Iranian and American negotiating teams conveyed a set of their opinions, considerations, and approaches to each other through Omani Foreign Minister Badr Busaidi.
